Last Generation Theology (LGT) or "final generation" theology is a belief system of overcoming sin held by members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, which claims that perfection will be achieved by sanctified people in the last generation before the Second Coming of Jesus much like the 144000 described in the Book of Revelation of the New Testament.
